Deliverables

Training Delivery

Delivery of hourly seminars or full two to four-day courses. Management of schedule, development and delivery of practical activities, as well as H & S facilitation.

Manual Development

Full research and on-vehicle validation of training manual topics conducted. Professionally formatted and printed for a brand-consistent final product, either in pdf or editable Word.

PowerPoint

Concise, visual PowerPoint that incorporates an instructor guide for future presentations. No text-heavy slides. Content is a combination of your source materials and custom developed ones.

Quizzes and Final Test

Most courses will include knowledge checks (Kahoots) and a final test to confirm students’ retention, depending on your requirements. Test results are delivered on the last day of training.

E-Learning

Development and delivery of Articulate Rise based SCORM packages constructed from your source materials, or custom built by KIBŌ. Downloadable workbooks and resources at an additional cost.

Survey and Support

Satisfaction surveys from students are compiled into a final feedback report to you. Courses developed and delivered by KIBŌ are adapted to your ongoing needs for free.

Every course I develop or deliver has one goal in mind, for the participants to learn something. I never simply ‘deliver’ content, I use educationally sound methods like repetition, blended learning and humour to thread ideas together until students experience that ‘aha’ moment.

I rarely teach in the same order as the training manual, I teach in the order it’s easiest to learn in. A training manual has to be easy to reference, a face-to-face lesson easy to remember.

The ‘Aha’ Moment

I lived in Japan for 15 years, where I learned what ‘Omotenashi’ customer service is, and to be mindful of other’ perspectives. I also lived in Germany for 3 years, which taught me that meticulous research and a repeatable process, including validation phases, is the only way to ensure reliable, teachable training materials.
