E-Learning in Storyline

This e-learning was developed for Mazda New Zealand to introduce a completely new version of the popular Mazda3 car to technicians. With the new model a new entertainment system was introduced, and the colour scheme of this system is carried through the course.

The course was built using Articulate Storyline, which is a much more manual, customisable tool than Articulate RISE, our preferred tool. This customisation can be seen in the dropdown menu layout and also the red buttons on the main menu, which mimic the screen of the car entertainment system. Anything is possible in Storyline, such as custom fields that ask the user’s name and use that saved data later in the course (e.g. “Well done Steve, you completed the course!”).

Courses built with Storyline can be more dynamic than RISE, but can also take longer to build due to the customisation.
